Our first in the series of 'Bubbles in the Kitchen' sees Master Sommelier Nigel Wilkinson and esteemed Chef & Restaurant Group Owner Paul Askew pair off three of the Henners Fizz range with some bespoke dishes created for the occassion. Known for his warm and approachable personality, passion for sourcing quality ingredients from like-minded suppliers and creating inspirational cuisine, Paul established the award winning 'Art School Restaurant' in 2014.
